The AVF7228R61F9333G9AK2 is a Registered DDR3 SDRAM DIMM module. This module is JEDEC MO-269 R/C A DDR3 SDRAM Registered DIMM. A 256 byte Temp Sensor serial EEPROM on board can be used to store module information such as timing, configuration, density, etc. as well as to monitor the mo dule temperature and prevent the module from exceeding the maximum operating temperature.

The AVF7228R61F9333G9AK2 memory module is 1GByte and organized as 128MX72 array using (9) 128MX8 DDR3 SDRAMs in lead-free, FBGA packages.

The module PCB is fabricated using the latest technology design, six-layer printed circuit board substrate construction with low ESR decoupling capacitors on-board for high reliabili ty and low noise.
